Download the video’s of the Chi Gong classes as I journeyed from Carcassonne to Rennes-le-Chateâu. There are 5 video’s of each 40 minute class in different locations featuring:

The pilgrimage started on Saturday 21st September for 5 days as I walked following the Aude valley region of the south of France home to the old religion of the Cathars the mystical teachings of Mary Magdalene. Each day I stopped and taught a 40 minute Chi Gong session online via zoom in one of the magical locations (Note zoom quality mp4). The sessions were recorded and you can download them here.
