The Mother Posture
The Mother posture is a standing meditation and one of the fundamental Chi Gong exercises. It is excellent for peace of mind and well being being. It is direct and simple with its benefits greatly increased when combined in a steady routine.
Class is held via zoom. This is a free app and is available on mobiles, tablets and PC’s.
Open to international students. The class is based in the UK so all you need to is make the appropriate time zone adjustment for your country.
